I’ve always been fascinated by timelapses; especially the patience and precision behind capturing thousands of images at perfectly timed intervals. Early on, I found myself wondering how it was even possible to do this reliably with a remote shutter. Around that time, Magic Lantern was gaining popularity, and discovering it completely changed my approach. Shooting timelapses on my EOS 6D with Magic Lantern meant I could move beyond external remotes and leave the camera running overnight on a tripod, even in the harsh, chilling conditions of the Himalayas. Those long nights, waiting and trusting the process, made me fall in love with timelapses; a fascination that has stayed with me ever since.
