Bharat Vyas is a multidisciplinary creative working across lighting, cinematography, and technical production for live performance and visual storytelling. Beginning as a self-taught photographer, his practice evolved into cinematography over the past decade, spanning feature films, documentaries, wedding films, independent projects, and experimental work. This long engagement with the camera shaped a strong understanding of light, composition, and narrative. In recent years, his focus has expanded into theatre, driven by a deep interest in lighting for live performance.

 

His work now includes lighting design and stage management, where light, timing, and collaboration shape how audiences experience performance in real time. His practice sits at the intersection of storytelling and execution; moving between design, production, and image-making depending on the demands of the work.

 

Open to collaborations across lighting design, set design, live performance, and visual storytelling; working in roles that span design, production, and photography.
